PLUMBING-GAS PIPING

For the Ridge Hill Complex, they are preparing for a new tenant that is requesting a gas load of 3.2 Million BTUS. There is an existing head of service with a meter bar for existing clients. This project is to add a new future by upgrading the gas header to provide a future valve for the new client to hook up too in the future. PLUMBER MUST FILE GAS TEST APPLICATION FOR BLUE CARD SEPARATELY - Working with Con Edison, we will perform a shut down, meter bar alteration, need a blue card inspection. Please note: The space that the Con Edison Future is classified as 162 Market which is within the building know as 136 Market St. (136 is the building you have in file)
