Install a new 40-gallon natural gas atmospheric-vent water heater, including a new expansion tank and thermostatic mixing valve. The existing water heater located in the basement will be replaced. Replace eight (8) angle stops serving two first-floor bathrooms. Repair existing water line breaks in the basement and run new water piping to the water heater as required.
