OPERATING PERMIT – GARAGE

Six level attached parking garage constructed in 2018. Approximately 450 ft by 85 ft precast concrete structure with precast concrete girders, beams, columns and prestressed double tee floor system. Garage includes precast spandrel panels, expansion joint between north and south sections, slab on grade at the lowest level, and cast in place concrete framing beneath the residential building. Portions of the underside are protected with spray applied fireproofing. Exterior consists of precast concrete spandrel panels and metal screening attached to the structural frame.
