Structural repairs at the front entrance. Upon demolition of exterior stair landing, it was discovered that a 1ft projection at the entrance, approximately 13 ft wide, was supported only by the exterior landing. The scope of work involves creating a foundation tied into the existing foundation and replacement of the rotted wood sill. NOTE: This work will coincide with exterior ADA improvements, which is under a separate permit (permit #B202508501 )
