Interior tenant improvement work of existing 700 sq ft tenant/retail space. No change in use/occupancy/egress. Existing storefront system and signage to remain as is. Existing sales area fixtures, finishes, ceiling, and lighting, mechanical, and plumbing to remain (no work). Existing fire alarm and sprinkler system to remain as is (no new or modified work). Minor demolition of existing non-load bearing wall in BOH and associated relocated power/data, new non-load bearing wall infill at existing FOH opening. Updated finishes in area of work.
