Provide and install three (3) high-efficiency Midea heat pump systems consisting of two (2) ducted systems serving the basement, first floor, and second floor (four total zones), and one (1) multi-zone ductless system serving three rooms. Scope includes three (3) outdoor condensers, two (2) air handlers, two (2) ductless wall-mounted units, one (1) Ducted Slim duct, five (5) Wi-Fi thermostats, complete ductwork, zoning controls, refrigerant piping, condensate drains, communication wiring, equipment stands, system start-up, commissioning, and Manual J load calculations.
