Renovation

Repairs due to fire damage in basement. All new insulation and drywall to be installed throughout the home. No exterior repairs or change to footprint of the home needed. Only major interior changes are to add a master bathroom to the 2nd fl and removing the wall btw the kitchen and front office to make a larger kitchen. Basement interior wall and ceiling framing repairs needed.
