From the filingRemove and dispose old hydro air handler in basement and condenser at rear of house. Install First Co. 2.5ton hydro air handler in basement. Install American Standard 2.5 ton 14 SEER condenser at rear of house. Condenser to sit on prefab pad with new electrical whip and disconnect.
