*The 28 KW Generator will be permanently installed on an exterior concrete or composite pad in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. A 200-amp automatic transfer switch will be installed between the existing utility meter and the main service panel. The ATS will automatically transfer electrical load from utility power to generator power during an outage and return to utility power when restored. All electrical connections, grounding, bonding, and conductors will comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local amendments. The generator will be connected to a new propane supply. 2 120 gal LP tanks will be installed. New gas piping will be installed from the tank to the generator, sized per manufacturer requirements and fuel load calculations. All gas piping, shutoff valves, sediment traps, pressure testing, and connections will be installed in compliance with the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC) and local regulations.
