*Set 1-60 gallon DOT propane tank on RSF house, in forward corner. Spicer will run approximately 30 feet of one half inch copper gas line, from tank dropping down and going into basement through sill plate, running along the top of basement over to the chimney base, go into base and up into the family room fireplace on first floor. This line will supply an Enviro EX35I direct vent 35000 BTUs gas insert. Spotless Chimney of Berlin CT will run the co-linear liners into the chimney flue.
