Remodel submitted with drawings Existing and Proposed and typed changes to be made list stamp dated 9/30/26. Take out chimney and fireplace, remove sheetrock, re-frame walls as necessary, install a carrying beam and headers as necessary, insulate including attic, new windows, repair basement floor, side exterior of house as necessary, add a bathroom. Any Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC requires a separate application and is not included in this building application.
