*Partial roof & siding replacement. Roof: Remove and dispose of the existing roofing materials on the back kitchen roof. Inspect and replace plywood as needed. Install a new asphalt shingle roofing system, including ice and water barrier (entire roof), drip edge, starter, flashing and shingles (6 sq). Separately, replace chimney flashing on 1 chimney (north side of building). Siding: Remove and dispose of approximately 110 sq of siding, inspect sheathing and replace as needed. Install a new vinyl siding system including profold, tyvek, seam tape, starter, vinyl trim, corners, and white vinyl lap siding. Replace 1 handrail and replace all gutters and downspouts.
