Install framing to create areas for an office , half bathroom, and frame in well tank area and oil tank area. Also frame a storage closet. Electrician, Plumber to pull there own permits . Insulate walls with spray foam insulation. close in framed areas with sheetrock and trim and doors. Install a drop ceiling . Install laminate flooring. Clean up of job site debri.
