Install new concrete stair footings/blocks for stair support. reinforce and rebuild stair framing as required. flashing tape (ZIP System tape on deck framing for moisture protection. new Trex composite decking, new white Trex railing system, new aluminum flashing at siding/deck connection areas to provide proper waterproofing.
