Repair/replace framing in kitchen window & bathroom as needed. Replace water damaged sheathing in rear wall. Remove and install new kitchen flooring (water damage). Install 4 new floor joists under 1st floor bath/kitchen. Install new kitchen with new layout in place of water damaged cabinets. Drywall and insulation as needed.
