Property Survey prepared by Annino Survey, LLC., dated 9-11-19, last revised 11-13-24. Building Plans, (A-1 thru A-6) prepared by Kemper Associates Architects, LLC. dated 4-22-26. 05/07/2026 - **The application submitted for the teardown/rebuild can be approved for the above referenced address provided that the “The applicant show that the existing SDS is neither failed nor malfunctioning, and maintenance has been performed within the past five years, otherwise no approvals will be granted.” This is required as per Section 18-65 of the Westbrook Town Ordinance.** 05/29/2026 - Received septic inspection verifying that the existing SSDS is in good condition and functioning properly.
