Meter box/setter installation - private road - utility co. Responsible for contacting property owner for access and permission - permit issued for Township records only. Fee waived. Restoration – all grass, graveled area or sidewalk areas disturbed shall be reconstructed, top soiled, seeded and mulched within 14 days of completion of excavation. Please do not park or have equipment in any municipal lots unless you have approval from WOPD. Per Township standards.
