Prefab 12x24 shed and extending the existing driveway by 4 feet. 14x26 foot crushed stone pad for prefab shed. Shed to be placed approx 95 ft from stream along the back of the property. The shed will be directly below driveway which slopes down from the street. Implement Erosion controls: they plan to use silt fence or hay bays during preparation of the pad with installation of crushed stone to keep soil from washing down. 10 ft electrical trench for service to shed. This is an agent determination.
