The proposed reconstruction will utilize the existing concrete foundation and standing block walls to restore the structure to its original footprint and function. The project is designed to maintain the existing site layout and elevation. No work will occur outside the previously developed areas and no disturbance will occur to wetlands, watercourse, or their regulated upland review area. All construction materials and waste will be properly contained and disposed of off-site to prevent any impact to the surrounding environment.
