Zoning Application Permit

Interior renovations and build out of and existing vacant ground level tenant space into women's' services medical suite. The work includes construction of exams rooms, mammography and ultrasound rooms, offices, reception and waiting areas, support spaces, ADA toilet rooms, corridors, and associated clinical support area. Specifically, selective demolition; Construction of new metal stud and gypsum board partitions; Lead-lined assemblies at imaging rooms; installation of new slab-on-grade, ceilings, lighting, doors, hardware, and finishes; modifications to existing walls and door hardware; and all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and low voltage systems required for a complete medical office build out. The project also includes structural reinforcement and supplemental framing for ceiling- mounted medical equipment and lighting.
