From the filingStrip the slopes down to the sheathing. Inspect the sheathing to see if the sheathing is rotten or has holes in it, we will replace it if needed. Install ice & water membrane 6 feet of perimeter. Apply 4 inch rubber taper on rest of roof decking/sheathing. Install step flashing where needed. Install new metal drip and rake edge. Install new roof boots around pipes. Install starter shingles. If there is a chimney, we will install flashing at the bottom of the chimney only. Install a cobra ridge vent. Install an architectural asphalt GAF Timberline roofing shingle. 13 squares
