Strip the slopes down to the sheathing. Inspect the sheathing to see if the sheathing is rotten or has holes in it, we will replace it if needed. Install ice & water membrane 6 feet of perimeter. Apply 4 inch rubber taper on rest of roof decking/sheathing. Install step flashing where needed. Install new metal drip and rake edge. Install new roof boots around pipes. Install starter shingles. If there is a chimney, we will install flashing at the bottom of the chimney only. Install a cobra ridge vent. Install an architectural asphalt GAF Timberline roofing shingle. 13 squares
