Insurance approved a full roof replacement of 31 sq. we are going to remove the existing shingles, we are installing ice &water, seam tape, underlayment, starter strips, and Ownes Coring architectural asphalt shingles, also install metal drip edge at eaves and rakes, step flashing at roof to wall intersections. counter flashing, chimney flashing. new pipe jack flashing. the insurance scope included approximately 79 liner feet of ridge vent, 193 liner feet of hip and ridge caps, 292 liner feet of drip edge, 40 linear feet of step flashing. we are providing necessary scaffolding, property protection, debris removal, and disposal. complete clean up and magnetic nail pickup.
