Install one new window. Insulate ceiling using close cell spray foam. Install new sheet rock throughout all areas affected by construction. The approximate size of the total room is 24 x 24. Install new kitchen Area including one new island. Install new hardwood floors and all areas affected by construction. Receipt rock all areas affected by construction. Install new backsplash according to plan. Install all appliances according to plan.
