From the filingBlack Swan will remove existing fireplace and venting- Frame minimal height so to fit tv above. We will then install a Heat N Glo SL 7x gas fireplace. Venting will run directly out the back to exhaust into a horizontal termination kit. Both the unit and venting will be installed according to the manufacturer's specs
