Roofing

Remove and dispose of approximately 47 squares of existing roofing down to the roof deck. Inspect decking and replace damaged areas as needed. Install new underlayment, ice and water barrier where required, drip edge, starter shingles, new pipe boots, flashing, ridge vent, and associated roofing accessories. Install new GAF Timberline HDZ architectural asphalt shingles and matching ridge cap shingles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes.
