Re-roof over plywood. Remove existing shingles down to plywood decking. Install new drip and rake edge. Install ice and water up to 6ft into heated living space and add plywood seam tape to remainder of decking with synthetic paper. Install new architectural shingles to manufacturer specs. No ridge vent needed because house has hip roof vent from roof at top - 11 squares
