Addition-Alteration-Conversion

Exterior siding replacement only. Remove existing exterior siding and install approximately 2,921 sf of new vinyl house wrap/air moisture barrier, 1/4" fanfold insulation, aluminum wrapped trim and required flashing. No change to existing building footprint, use, height or setbacks. Performing necessary framing with proper sister joints to provide the proper structural securing per code.
