Addition-Alteration-Conversion

Construct a 4' wide by approximately 15' long ADA compatible ramp that ties into the existing deck at the Watertown Senior Center. The materials utilized for the proposed ramp will match the existing deck as close as possible. The length of the ramp may vary slightly to maintain ADA requirements. All footings and framing will follow the details provided. The purpose of the ramp is to tie into the proposed concrete sidewalk which will allow ADA access to the second floor of the building which is currently only possible via the elevator.
