Install a hydro heating system and A/C. Navien combination boiler that will feed 2 air handlers. One air handler will service 3 zones: one zone in the basement, 2 zones on the first floor. The second air handler will service one zone: the second floor. Install 2 condensers that will feed into their respective air handlers for A/C. The Navien unit will also provide radiant heat to the basement and garage. A detailed Manual J, S, and D has been provided.
