Remove all layers of existing shingles, OR cedar shake Re-nail any loose wood. Or replace as necessary. Install 6 feet of ice and water protection at all gutter lines, valleys, and around pipe boots. Install Synthetic underlayment. Install Perforated Starter Shingles along all gutter lines and rake edges. Install F-4.5 Drip Edge along all rakes and eaves. Install GAF Timberline HDZ 50 Year Architectural shingle per specifications using 1 1/4 inch roofing nails. Install GAF Ridge Caps on all ridges. Install Cobra Ridge Vent for balanced ventilation. (If applicable) Install 4 inch Wide Seam Tape along all plywood joints. Install new flashing around pluming venting pipes and chimney - 16 squares
