Partially take down chimney, 0-180 bricks and rebuild with new material matching the old brick as best as possible. Replace the flashing with new material and rebuild the crown with ne cement. Installing a high-quality stainless-steel chimney cap. Removing the existing smoke pipe and install new smoke pipe up to 6' in length. Installing 7-inch x 20'-30' double wall smooth wall UL listed 316TI stainless steel liner.
