Roof A total of 52 squares remove existing layer of substrate down to original plywood deck/ replace any rotted plywood as needed/ install 2 layers of 2.6 inch polyisocyanurate insulation board secured with 3 inch metal plates and 5 inch MP screws on complete roof area ( R value of 30) install new .060 gauge EPDM Versico EPDM rubber membrane fully glued with Low-Voc bonding adhesive on all field and wall arears and accessories
