Addition-Alteration-Conversion

Full roof replacement including tear-off and disposal of existing laminated asphalt shingles. Installation of new ice and water barrier at eaves per code, synthetic underlayment (15 lb. felt equivalent), and architectural (laminated) asphalt shingles. Work includes installation of drip edge, ridge vent ventilation system, pipe boot flashing, chimney flashing, and skylight flashing kit. New hip and ridge cap shingles to be installed. Minor repairs as needed and site protection with tarping. All work to comply with current local building codes - 31 squares
