Install new ice and water shield at all valleys, eaves, head walls and rake edges. Install new deck tape at all plywood deck joints. Install new synthetic underlayment over the remaining exposed plywood deck. Install new architectural shingle roofing system per manufacturer specifications. Install new cobra ridge vent. Provide 20 year manufacturer warranty - 48.3 squares
