Addition-Alteration-Conversion

Updated application for 0223-2025: We are converting an existing empty basement into a playroom area creating a guest room. This would include replacing window to an egress 6.067 sq ft all the frame will be 2x4 lumber 1/2 new walls around with vertical fireblock every 10 ft, enclose mechanical room with a full 8 ft wall, followed by applying R-21 fiberglass insulation on exterior walls Hung 1/2 inch Drywall on the celling and the walls applying new finishes, doors, trim, laminated flooring and paint Electrical work : we are installing 27 four inch rest lights, using existing feet. we installed 2 temper outlets with 4 new circuits one for the guest room and 3 for the playroom every outlet will be no more than 10 ft apart . we also installed 6 electrical baseboard heaters one 8 ft in the guest room, two 8 ft two 6 ft and one 4 ft in the playroom area Install one thermostat for the guest room and one wall thermostat for the playroom it will rub on 2 separate circuits 1 for the guest room and 1 for the playroom Note, we have existing smoke detectors
