RESIDENTIAL MECHANICAL

Set 1-60 gallon DOT propane tank, tank will be on RSF house forward in corner, behind a bush. Spicer Gas will run 15 feet of one half inch copper gas line from tank, around corner into the chimney base and into the fireplace on the first floor. Spicer will install a Kozy Heat Chaska 25 direct vent gas insert in fireplace. Spotless Chimney of Berlin, CT will be installing the co-linear venting kit for the insert.
