Demolition of existing HVAC systems including ductwork, exhaust ducts, diffusers, grilles, controls, equipment connections, supports, and associated mechanical components. Work includes disconnecting utilities, removing abandoned systems, sealing remaining ductwork, and preparing facility for new make-up air, exhaust, and ventilation systems serving workforce development training spaces.
