Spicer will remove and dispose of existing oil heating equipment and oil tank and properly seal off old fill and vent permanently. A Rheem 60,000 Btu 2-stage propane fired furnace with Rheem cased coil will be installed in same location in the basement. A Rheem 16 seer R454 Condenser will be set outdoors approximately 8' to 10' to the right of existing condenser location on a gravel base and new plastic composite pad. Setting 2-120 gallon Asme propane tanks and running 20' of 1/2 csst gas line to furnace.
