RESIDENTIAL ALTERATION OR RENOVATION

Construction new 2x4 wood stud walls per floor plan. Install R19 installation in all exterior foundation walls. Replace existing basement windows with double-pane vinyl windows. Install gypsum board on walls and ceilings, tape, compound, sand and paint. Construct furnace room separation wall with access door and code required wall/door ventilation. Install interior doors, trim and hardware as per plan. Install new bathroom complete with showers, toilet, vanity, plumbing and exhaust fan. Reuse existing HVAC to serve finished office and open area. Install electrical outlets, switches, lighting, smoke/CO detectors, and GFCI protection per CT code. Install vinyl plank flooring throughout finished areas. Maintain required access and clearance to all existing mechanical equipment, electrical panel, oil tank, water heater, and water main.
