RESIDENTIAL ADDITION

Dormer rear of house. Install three new awning windows in dormer (2) 48x24 and one 28x24 Anderson windows. Install two new Velux Skylights on front of house. Install new roof along with moisture/freeze barrier on garage with GAF Shingles. Install new rake and soffit exterior trim in PVC, Install enlarged Gable End vents in PVC for better dissipation of heat. Along with roof/soffit vents on dormer. Existing bathroom vent will be moved and an additional bathroom vent install for upstairs bathroom. Gutters will be reinstalled after exterior completion. NO INTERIOR FINISH WORK INCLUDED IN THIS APPROVAL. SEPERATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED. A PORTION OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FEES WERE PAID UNDER PERMIT B-26-429
