ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT - DETACHED

2 story detached structure 1st floor garage/workshop / 2nd floor dwelling unit 'Phase 1' of this structure was completed by Advanced Construction - foundation/framed structure/siding/windows/roof/septic system/framed deck on 2nd floor (no decking). Framing inspection was completed and Ledge Light has approved the septic system. At this time Advanced still has an open permit and we are waiting on them to schedule final inspection as required and close the permit. This application will cover the remaining required work which includes: water supply/electrical/plumbing/insulation/sheetrock/final carpentry (decking/floors/cabinets/trim/doors etc)
