Taking down chimney shell down to the foundation, 0-800 bricks, and rebuilding the chimney with al new materials to NFPA 211 standard and IRC code requirements. Replacing the flashing with new martials and rebuilding the crown with new cement. Installing one high-quality, stainless steel chimney cap.
