RESIDENTIAL ALTERATION OR RENOVATION

Replace rotted wood and wall board discovered during rip out for original permit. Replace existing external windows, door. Replace existing internal door. Install new external window on interior porch/living room wall. Raise floor from existing floor level to level of living room floor and install flooring. Install half round window in place of the existing gable vent. Replace existing insulation with spray in insulation per estimate. Replace existing electrical services with up to code replacements.
