RESIDENTIAL ALTERATION OR RENOVATION

Selective interior demolition of approximately 1,402 sq ft single-family home in preparation for future renovation plans. Work will include removal of: Existing bathroom fixtures including vanities, toilets, sinks, and shower/tub units Bathroom floor and wall tiles Kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances Interior drywall and plaster where needed (non-structural walls only) Damaged flooring materials (vinyl, laminate, carpet) throughout the house Baseboards, trims, and interior doors Old electrical outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans (as needed) Insulation in accessible wall/ceiling cavities (as needed) Debris will be placed in dumpsters and hauled off-site. All demolition will be done manually using hand tools and light power tools only, no heavy machinery will be used. Structural elements, framing, exterior walls, and roof will remain untouched.
