Inground Pool

Construction and installation of a new 20' x 44' (880 sq. ft.) in-ground gunite swimming pool with water depths ranging from 6" at the sun shelf to 6'-6" at the deep end. Pool to include an 8' x 20' sun shelf, full-width stadium entry steps, two deep-end benches, automatic safety cover, pool filtration and heating equipment, and associated electrical and plumbing installations. Installation of approximately 848 sq. ft. of dry-laid paver decking surrounding the pool and a 250 sq. ft. putting green. Existing perimeter fencing and gates to be upgraded for pool safety compliance. All work to be performed in accordance with approved plans and applicable NYS codes.
