Additions

Construction of a 1,148 sq. ft. second-story addition to the existing one-story dwelling. Addition to include three (3) new bedrooms and two (2) new full bathrooms. One (1) existing first-floor bedroom to be removed, resulting in a total of six (6) bedrooms, five (5) full bathrooms, and one (1) powder room upon completion.
