WETLAND DISTURBANCE . 33 acres of Disturbance in Wetland Buffer The proposed disturbances will be grading for installing stormwater management facilities where runoff from these disturbed areas will be conveyed to stormwater treatment basin(s). The applicant wishes to convert an existing Stormwater retention pond into a parking area to be used as vehicle inventory storage. A underground infiltration basin will be utilized to mitigate stormwater runoff. The applicant also proposing a 3401 sg.ft service build out in the rear of the existing building, a 520 sq.ft showroom build out at the front of the building and to expand and enclose the service drop-off to 1328 sq. ft. The applicant also includes renovations to the exterior of the building.
