Demolition of existing 16 X 36 garage and replace with a 36 X 40 pole barn. 6 inch concrete slab. There is a 25 foot side set back which is exactly where the building is being placed. Stakes will be required to be in place by a NYS licensed surveyor at the time of the footing inspection to ensure proper distance from the property line.*****This permit is being approved with preliminary plans and work will not begin until a set of stamped plans from a NYS P.E are submitted.*****
