REPAIRS - Due to fire/water damage - Structural work related to sunroom, drywall, electrical, plumbing, windows, siding, etc. Upgrades to Smoke, CO and heat detection alarms. CONDITIONS: All basement areas shall serve as "storage space". No living or sleeping in basement, (even though basement has been improved) due to inadequate emergency escape & rescue openings.
