Legalize the conversion of an uninhabitable preexisting nonconforming dwelling to a habitable single-family dwelling with unfinished basement and on-grade rear wood deck as applied for per ZBA and Greenport Sewer District approvals. Permit to include the removal of roofed over portion of accessory shed, removal of hot tub and removal of gazebo. Additional certification may be required.
